Tripura MTS Syllabus and Exam Pattern – The selection procedure of Tripura Multi-Tasking Staffs Examination consists of two phases. They are as follows.

  • Objective type written test (Descriptive and Multiple-Choice Questions)
  • Interview

  • Knowledge of Bengali Language or Kok-Borok

It is important to have language proficiency in Bengali or Kok-Borok for candidates who are applying for the Tripura MTS Group D post. This will enable the candidates to perform duties assigned to them in an efficient manner.

  • Simple Arithmetic

Simple arithmetic includes topics such as basic addition, Subtraction, Division and Multiplication. Basic numerical abilities of candidates are assessed with the questions asked in this section.

  • Knowledge of English Language

Language proficiency of candidate in English is assessed in this section. Topics such as Parts of speech, Grammar and vocabulary, Active and passive voice usages are checked in this section.

  • General Knowledge and Current affairs

Questions pertained to general awareness related to India and Tripura in specific are often asked in this section. It also covers duties and responsibilities of a multi-tasking staff at government offices.

  • Interview

Personal qualities and competency of the candidate to perform the roles and responsibilities assigned to him/her as an MTS is assessed in this section. This will be a face-to-face mode of interview.
